Our experience covers a wide range of issues including union organization attempts, de-certification of union representation, defending against unfair labor practices and wage claims or litigating Cal-OSHA and other Labor Code claims against employers.
We have represented numerous clients in the areas of discrimination claims, wage issues and the employment relations, and are well versed in the kinds of compensation and severance issues that arise in the work place. The firm has also represented larger employers in dealing with reduction-in-force issues and closures. Additionally, we've handled numerous ERISA and tax related claims in the field of employment .
