Mr. Young's practice primarily involves representing individuals and business entities in their daily business needs. He handles business structuring, real estate matters, estate planning, probate and litigation. Marlon has strong ties to the community. He has lived in Santa Rosa since 1983, and is involved in Leadership Santa Rosa, Rotary, Pacific Coast Air Museum, PCAM Flight Foundation and the Santa Rosa Aviation Commission. Marlon is currently the chairman for the Aviation Commission and has agreed to be on the Airport Master Plan Citizens Advisory Committee.

Mr. Young has developed an aviation law specialty based upon his aviation background. Marlon is a licensed pilot and owns a 1967 Citabria that he rebuilt with his father, an aircraft mechanic. They also own a Cessna 195. Marlon represents pilots, mechanics, aircraft owners, FBO's and aviation related Non-Profit museums. His practice includes appeals before the NTSB. [EA-5179]. He has assisted buyers and owners in the sale of aircraft, including experimental aircraft. He has set up numerous aircraft partnerships and LLC's.
