Sean has dedicated his career to representing and assisting public entities in the areas of land use, redevelopment and public safety. He has served as deputy city attorney, city prosecutor and general counsel to a historic preservation commission, advising public entities on agreements, zoning, code enforcement, CEQA and other land use matters, Brown Act issues and regulatory requirements. He taught English in Japan, is fluent in Japanese, and he is a certified scuba diving instructor.
